Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cybersecurity consulting and digital services, payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

Service was not delivered Duplicate payment occurred Technical error caused failed delivery Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled before work initiation. Once assessment or investigation work has started, cancellation charges may apply.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
